While there are many new form builder tools that integrate with Notion, such as Tally or Noteforms, Google Forms is still widely used because it's quite easy to set up, it’s part of Google’s suite of tools, and it also enables you to record all answers in a Google Sheet.
But if you want your answers to be recorded in a Notion database, there's no one-click option for that.
